Revolving Tool Cabinet

$29

Course Overview:

This cabinet takes up only about nine square feet of shop space, yet it combines a work center and a storage area that would normally have a much larger footprint in your shop. The unique, rotating top allows for several tools to be stationed for use above, while the lazy Susan cabinet below makes storing even heavy tools inside a breeze. Follow along with John Doyle as he builds this handy shop addition.

Part 1: In this first video, John shows the finished project and explains the work that will be done over the next three videos.

Part 2: Begin the build with John as he constructs the carcass of the cabinet and sets the stage for the revolving parts.

Part 3: In this video you'll dig into the hardware, constructing the revolving top and interior shelf then getting them spinning.

Part 4: Finish up the cabinet by filling it out with a few simple drawers, providing storage beneath the turntable top.
